This is how it all started…

I remember full well, in the midst of my confusion my heart sought for God’s righteousness. I prayed so hard not for material things or anything this world could offer but for His truth. In my heart, I recall asking Him that all I wanted is to serve Him because during that time, my then religion made me feel like what the apostle Paul emphasized in Romans, about living in bondage of the law (through works) and disregarding the very reason why our Lord Jesus died for all of us and that is freeing us from the bondage of sin brought by law and living in faith through Him. I was told that they were the only religion that was right and that scared me because it made me afraid to lose my salvation. So, I just prayed so hard to God and His son no words just my heart. The next day, as I was browsing on social media Romans 8: 26-27, it dawned on me, it was the Holy Spirit who prayed for me when I was not able to utter any words and that was the very first time my whole being recognized the Holy Spirit. He then led me and guided me (even until now as promised by our Lord Jesus in John 14: 16-17) into knowing the Father and His son through reading His words.

On this blog are bits and pieces of experiences, encounters, hardships and realization of being a follower of our Lord Jesus Christ that hopes to impart to others who, just like me are getting by on this life but, with the Lord’s presence through His Holy Spirit. A site for encouragement and hope through faith in our Lord Jesus Christ delivering the good news of salvation found in Him.
